Request for deletion (uploader request – unable to complete DR)

Please delete: File:Flagship_boutique_NinaSarkisyants,_Voronezh,_Russia.jpg per uploader request.I am the creator and uploader of this file, and it is no longer relevant and does not reflect the current situation. Unfortunately, I am having difficulty completing the deletion request process correctly. I would appreciate your assistance in removing this file.

About the Copa Mercosur/Mercosul logo
[edit]Someone somehow tagged it as a copyright violation (four files), and I disputed it. You should have made it a single deletion request of four files, instead of four individual deletion requests. The logos in question are basically the words "Copa Mercosur" and "Copa Mercosul", and a symbol I think is below the threshold of originality. Candidyeoman55 (talk) 17:10, 25 March 2026 (UTC)

Glitches
[edit]You suggested I "use the automatic Nominate for deletion" function - which, in fact, I did, and always do for non-speedies. That particular deletion request went sour because I filed it just as the servers were closing for maintenance.
I got an error message telling me my edit had not been saved, and I could try again or abort.
Since there was no point in trying again right away, I went to do other things for a few hours. When I came back, intending to file the DR again, I discovered that the first part (creating the DR) had in fact gone through, but all the rest (transcluding into the daily list, notifying the uploader, etc) had not.
If I had been a little more decisive about my interpretation of the relevant copyright law and filed the DR even 1 minute earlier, this would not have happened; thank you for cleaning that up. DS (talk) 17:27, 25 March 2026 (UTC)
